If you know me, you know that I am very proud to have been born a Tennessean and am fortunate to have grown up in the beautiful Smoky Mountains region of Northeast Tennessee .
I am also proud to be a Michigan State University Spartan!
At MSU, I earned a Ph.D. in Higher Education Administration while working as a residence hall director. After completing my degree, I was hired by MSU where I have served as an administrator and faculty member.
I continue to serve MSU as Professor and Secretary Board of Trustees and Executive Assistant to the President, Emerita, and am President of Leadership Solutions Group, LLC.
